No, you are not allowed to bring clothing or raw materials. Since we design apparel from the ground up, we can guarantee the quality of every item we produce. so that we can guarantee premium quality items when you order your custom-made clothing.

Before your order is placed into production, Cut and Sew Apparel will always send you a proof of it. Without your explicit or written consent, we will not print, embroider, sublimate, or create anything. We will make every effort to show you as many pictures as you request until you are happy and give us the all-clear to proceed with the production.

Our order turnaround system is quick. If a product sells much faster than anticipated, a quick restock may be necessary. The order turnaround time is contingent upon the specifics of a given project, including order quantity, production schedule, services provided, and order complexity.
However, if you restock within two months, we'll be able to give you a shorter turnaround time overall because we won't need to go through the approval process twice.

Yes, we do offer the expedited order service. When placing your order, just specify that your production order needs to be expedited. Because there's a chance that if you place an order and then ask for it to be rushed, our production schedule won't allow us to fulfill your request at the hurried time. There is a rush fee that is determined daily.
Within three days of placing your order, you can add more clothing. The type of order and the amount of time elapsed are the determining factors. We are unable to change the quantity on your order after the three-day adjustment period has ended.
After payment is received, you have three days to cancel an order. A cancellation fee equal to 40% of the order value will be imposed if the garments you ordered has been sent for production after the three-day window has passed.

Our main shipping and delivery providers are FedEx, DHL, and Sky Net Couriers. Priority mail from DHL and FedEx may take up to four or five days to arrive, while parcel post from DHL may take up to two weeks to arrive in the USA or Canada and up to three weeks to arrive in Hawaii and Alaska. Additionally, if a different courier service seems ideal for the delivery location, we might use it.
