Phase of Pattern/Panel Cutting
The Pattern/Panel Cutting phase involves accurately cutting fabric pieces based on pre-designed patterns. Precision is crucial to ensure consistent sizing and alignment for the final assembly of garments.
Phase of Printing/Dying
The fabric printing phase involves pre-treating the fabric, applying designs via methods like screen, rotary, or digital printing, curing the print with heat, and performing post-print finishing processes. The dyeing phase involves pre-treating fabric, immersing it in dye solutions, maintaining specific temperatures for color absorption, rinsing to remove excess dye, and setting the color with heat or chemicals.
Phase of sewing/tagging
The fabric sewing phase involves cutting fabric pieces accurately, aligning them, stitching with precise techniques, reinforcing seams, adding finishing touches, and pressing to ensure a clean, well-finished garment ready for use. The tagging phase involves attaching labels to garments, including brand, size, care instructions, and compliance information. Tags are securely affixed using stitching or adhesive, ensuring clarity and durability for consumers.
Phase of Quality Checking
The quality checking phase involves inspecting garments for defects, verifying stitching accuracy, ensuring correct sizing and color, assessing fabric consistency, and performing final tests to ensure durability and adherence to standards.
Phase of Packing
Each item of clothing is meticulously pressed before being packaged individually in a polythene bag chosen by the customer.
Phase of Shipping
The shipping phase includes packaging finished products securely, labeling for delivery, arranging logistics with carriers, tracking shipments, and ensuring timely dispatch to customers while handling all required documentation and compliance.
Delivered/Review
