What occurs with your order after it is placed?
We will work hard to make sure your personalized clothing line turns out precisely how you want it to, but to complete the summary of the project's main points, we need your help.
Writting down the instruction and Accumulating Data (Order Summary)
We put everything down as a summary of whatever we have understood from your submitted instructions and artwork. Usually takes one or two business days, it can take more if data is not given properly or have not been clear enough for us to understand.
Discussing it over the phone or via whatsapp (Order Summary Approval)
Second, we present you with an overview of your personalized clothing line and discuss it with you over the phone or via whatsapp. In this situation, it is best if you speak with our apparel consultant on a computer.
Sampling Process
Customers can choose to proceed with bulk manufacturing immediately or to see a sample once they place an order then they can see a pre-production sample. It is advised that, in the event that this is your first order, you begin with the sampling procedure. Upon your approval of the summary, we will build one sample piece from you and either send it out or, depending on your needs, show you high resolution photographs. We proceed with the mass production as soon as you give the sample your approval.
Bulk Production
Now that you've completed the sampling process and are ready to sit back and relax, we proceed with bulk manufacturing, using your approved sample as a guide. Depending on the quantity you ordered and the estimated time of production, we will get things produced for you as soon as possible.
