Refund Policy
Buying raw materials, designing cutting patterns, assembling utilizing a cut-and-sew manufacturing method, and adding labels and branding components like print or embroidery are all part of our services. This raises the cost of labor and materials for the project. We don't utilize just off-the-rack garments. Since each item is made by hand, there are no returns. Once you've approved the physical sample, you commit to finishing the project. By reading this agreement, you understand that there are no refunds once the complete purchase of merchandise is delivered to you.
Our services:
All disagreements must be resolved by email or direct message on Instagram. Share images, an explanation of the issue, and a suggested fix. Please let our staff decide how best to satisfy both parties going forward. In the event that the wholesale order contains any faults or defects in quality, we will work together to find a workable solution.
Disputes:
Physical samples, proofs, and sew-outs that you approved are not returnable. Sagar Sports Manufacturing is in charge of upholding quality control and paying attention to the proof's requirements. Before we start mass production, you can make adjustments to your order during the proof and sample phase.
Returns:
No graphic design services rendered by our company are refundable. The time spent on the project by our designer is not refundable.
Refund:
You will be refunded for the quantity of samples produced if you have to terminate the project before it is put into wholesale production. The price of physical samples might range from $150 to $500. As part of the cancellation fee, you will be able to keep the digital product concept and physical sample for future usage. In addition to the cost of the physical sample, there is a cancelation charge for the time our team spends preparing and administering the project. Each project has a normal cancellation fee of $250 plus the $150–$500 cost of the physical sample.
Cancalling A Project:
When you order a variety of items from us, we will try our best to match every style of fabric to every color you have specified. For instance, we'll try our best to match the fabrics if you order sweatshirts. We won't accept requests for refunds or cancellations in this situation. Kindly consult the previously mentioned collection for references and designs.
Fabric And Color:
We are only accountable for sending to the address you provide; Sagar Sports is not responsible for verifying that the shipping address you supply is accurate. We must work with the shipping provider we engaged to rectify any shipment errors or delays. AI is unable to assist with potential customer service problems brought on by these shipping businesses.
